Jeremy founded Corporate Realty Associates in January 1989. His vision for the company, based on nine prior years experience in commercial real estate, was to provide real estate guidance to clients without compromise. As Jeremy puts it: “We are more than just a brokerage company. Our clients have real estate needs that cannot be anticipated and may reach beyond many boundaries. They need to have a single resource for support and Corporate Realty Associates is that one stop shop.”
Graduating from George Washington University in 1976, Jeremy worked for Xerox Corporation and then began his real estate career in 1980. His 38+ years of experience have bridged hundreds of millions of dollars of lease and sale transactions with an accumulation of expertise, knowledge and comprehensive skills.

Mr. Carr has been with Corporate Realty Associates since 1990. His primary focus has been on national corporate real estate. Mr. Carr understands the operational needs of corporate clients for office, R&D and industrial land and buildings and how to effectively administer the real estate process on behalf of corporate clients. Peter has handled the office leasing for Mercury General Corporation since 1995. He has been extensively involved in the acquisition of land for Mercury, with the objective of developing regional office buildings, consulting them in all phases of the development process. He has also worked with Farmers Insurance Group of Companies throughout the country as one of their preferred vendors. He has successfully completed transactions in over twenty states and Canada. Mr. Carr has also work with the following companies in various commercial real estate markets through out North America: Bay Networks, Inc. (now Nortel Networks), 3Com Corporation, AST Research, Inc., Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector, Magellan Systems Corporation (now Thales Navigation), and Zurich Insurance NA.

After graduating cum laude, with a major in accounting and a minor in law, Mr. Gecht was recruited by one of the big six national accounting firms and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for seven years. In 1979 he became a full-time Real Estate Broker. He originally associated with a “traditional” national commercial real estate firm where he represented both landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers and was a continued recipient of the Salesperson of the Year awards. Alan then spent five years as the Vice President in charge of leasing operations at a commercial real estate development company. He gained tremendous insight into better understanding the real estate process from the landlords’ perspective and through this experience recognized the need for tenants/buyers to have professional and competent representation. In 1990 Alan committed to and has practiced with this philosophy in mind: successfully protecting and representing only commercial tenants/buyers both locally and nationally. His diverse real estate related knowledge, coupled with his financial background, brings distinct capabilities to the table; ultimately proving beneficial during the entire negotiation process. Mr. Gecht has been actively involved in both Toastmasters International and ProVisors since 1993. He is known as “The Office Leasing Doctor” and has shared his craft many times as a lecturer, panelist and radio show guest. Alan is also committed to and actively participates in the business and civic community.

Upon graduating in 1996 from USC, Gary T. Goodgame began his career in real estate as a mortgage broker gaining valuable insight in real estate finance. Since joining Corporate Realty Associates in 1997, Gary has had the opportunity to work with office, retail and industrial clients on a national basis. Mr. Goodgame has had the pleasure of working with companies such as Apria Healthcare, HSBC Bank USA, Preferred Employers Insurance Company, Zenith Insurance Company, PacifiCare Health Systems, Superior National Insurance Group, Cable & Wireless USA, and Monarch Insurance. As a career long, purely tenant services provider, Mr. Goodgame brings professional expertise and experience to every corporate account.

Mr. Sapunor has worked in commercial real estate since 1985. He started in commercial lending at the mortgage banking firm of C.A. Larson Investment Company in Beverly Hills, specializing in permanent financing for office, industrial and investment properties while representing the lending departments of various national banks and life insurance companies. He has been with Corporate Realty Associates since 1989 focusing primarily on representing private and corporate tenants in facility acquisitions and dispositions. Although specializing in office sale and lease transactions, Steve has extensive experience in medical, retail, industrial, flex and customer service center transactions. Mr. Sapunor has successfully completed transactions in forty-six states and in Canada for various regional and national clients. He brings to the table a thorough understanding of site selection, lease and contract issues, financial analyses, contract negotiation and tenant improvement construction. His multi-faceted approach and understanding of local, regional and national commercial real estate markets has brought substantial value to the strategic planning process of the companies he represents.
